In order to give us an idea about the local area, he kindly invited us down there in Delaware and showed us around the properties that he recommended. Although we did not make quick decision, he continued providing us with all the listings he could find on the market. Finally he helped us to locate this beautiful 355 Lenape Way property in Claymont which we really liked. He then get started the process of negotiating and making offers. Under his direction, we quickly signed the contract. From the very start, he helped us to find loan lender, the home inspection vendor, home insurance Vendor and closing law office. This made our purchase of the property smooth all the way from the beginning to the settlement. To prove his expertise, here is an example: at the stage of home inspection, the home inspector found several issues regarding this property. One of them was the radon problem. After the test, the radon level was higher than the requirement. Then the home inspector sent the results of the inspection to the seller. While the seller was fixing all the issues, Keith followed up closely, checking up each issue that was fixed, especially the radon remedy which was fixed by a professional Radon Remedy Company. All the remedies met our satisfaction. We have never met such a professional and responsible real estate agent like him before. Without him, we would not have purchased this beautiful townhouse.
